I'm not sure why this question is in the Law & Gov't section, but I'll give it a whack. My guess is that you are a rather industrious lad who has issues with his mother about the orange duck in the bathtub during soap-up time. Just kidding. But isn't that the type of response you would expect? Really...
Why the hell would you be worried about being a 21 year old virgin? Forget the "college-educated," "successfull," and "attractive" part. Anyone can have sex. Anyone. Those things don't matter.
If you wanted to have sex, you would have by now. Since you haven't, you haven't found the right person. This indicates that you are functioning at a level, at or near, 99% higher than the rest of the male occupants of our country who would bed down with a slight breeze if they could.
Despite anything/everything you have ever heard, don't worry about it. Don't do anything stupid at this point; you'll know when you meet the right person. Sex isn't a game in which you keep score despite what the media wants you to believe.
You're young, you'll find the right person, & there is no hurry.

I don't know what to tell ya. I lost mine when I was... 21.
It's not something that defines you. If you want to have sex THAT badly, you could find someone. Thus the curse of being successful, educated and attractive. You can't just relate to the average **** of society. Obviously you crave some sort of substance before just plunging into the world of sex.
It's not like you're an old man. Give it some time. And ask a few more girls out.
Gotta be a success with talking to women, then if they're worth the effort, be a success in the bedroom too!
Good luck!

I ask myself that one a lot. Guess what? Don't regret it. Be proud of it. It means you just haven't made your choice, yet. You're educated, make an educated choice. You can wait for whatever you want, make sure you choose the right girl for you.
Being a guy like this is hard to come by these days, not many girls find good guys like us. Continue your education, and the right girl will come to you.

well its not uncommon for a male not to have had sex at 21, but you should know whether there are feelings in your body and do you get aroused by women , you might need medical help, if evey thing is normal may be your religious and that has stopped you every time you want to you think its a sin. may be its just your personality to have sex to the girl you will commit to and marry .

You're saving your virginity for the right woman that's why. Don't rush into anything you might regret. First times should be between two people who trust each other and are able to be connected during sex.

There is absolutly nothing wrong with that. Be a good, clean guilt -free person, obey the BIble and WAIT till you find the perfect girl and are married to her. You are ONLY 21, for goodness sake. I know it is dissapointing, but just be patient.
You will find her, in good time, and if you are not patient you will be sorry. Maybe not right away but in the long run. I can garentee it.

Because being attractive, successful, college-educated isnt all thats required. Just be yourself and stop dating younger women. Or date older women theyre more open.

You just haven't found the right person yet. I think being 21 and still a virgin is something to be proud of and someday you will meet a woman who will be very grateful that you waited.
