sometimes i feel happy with my body and sometimes i wanna die. help i really want to change my body for the better.

I found the best way to loose weight is to first start by cutting back on the calories you take in. Count your calories and slowly cut it down to what guidelines best fit you. You will see a change quickly and will probably loose about 5 to10 pounds the first month. Once you see that you will feel great and enthused enough to hopefully want to exercise a little bit. You are now on your way. When you seem to be at a stump and can't seem to loose any more weight, you should measure inches along with weight. It will seem like you are not loosing weight but you are actually loosing inches and trading fat for muscle.

The best way is to simply eat healthier and exercise more. Eat more fruits and vegetables, reduce the amount of fat and sugary foods you eat. Exercise can be anything that gets you moving- a walk, dancing, swimming- make it something you enjoy and do it on a regular basis.

Don't watch the scale too much- it can get frustrating and make you want to quit. Don't look at it as a weight loss attempt- decide you want to take better care of yourself. You deserve to feel healthy and happy. Good eating and exercise habits become a lifestyle and before you know it, it's just part of your daily routine, like brushing your teeth.

There is only one way to loose weight. I must burn more calories than you take in. Each person has a different metabolism (that's why some people seem to loose really easily and for others it's really hard).
You don't need any special diet, just eat moderate amounts and avoid sweets (soda's are one of the worst things to drink). Then you have to exercise, remember-burn more than you take in. Drinking lots of water really helps to keep your system flushed and aids in the removal of toxins (your body is full of them if you're overweight)--it also helps to keep your complexion clear-the above will cause you to break out-caused by the body eliminating toxins-water really helps.

I was over-weight too when I was a teen, and now I'm skinnier than most of my family. It happened to many of my cousins too. So maybe in your case too, you might lose wight as you grow older.

Just eat well, i.e. avoid fast food/sweets as much as possible. Go for fruits, veges, and exercise well. Try going to a gym regularly, or a daily jog. Whichever feels good. If you don't lose weight doing these things, then maybe its genetic. Even so, if you maintain a healthy lifestyle, you shouldn't worry too much about your weight.

Could you talk with your folks about this?

My son was overweight, and told me he wanted to diet. I asked our doctor how to go about this. He got my son and me an appointment with a dietician. She put him on a balanced diabetic diet. Good for the health, and a wonderful way to eat.

He went down 3 jean sizes in the course of one school year, and he felt very good about it.

Take it easy...drink more .. more water, riding bicycle (quickest way) I did the same, don't worry be happy

go for veggies and fish for a while (minus meat and egg yolks) until you get your ideal weight.plenty of water and fruits.good luck
