Have a white elephant gift exchange. Everyone brings a tacky gift, then they can either swap it off to someone else or keep it. It will take up some time as people's names are drawn for the gifts and everyone gets a giggle and a few comments about all the tacky items.

If the games are too tacky, people won't have a good time either. So I wouldn't go for tacky games, I'd go for fun games. They don't have to be Christmas-related.

Have you ever played Mafia? That's a fun game if you have a large, but not huge, group of people.

--Pin the nose on Rudolph
--Snowball fight (no snow? yarn balls, nerf, flour in nylons)
--I saw mommy kissing Santa Claus (variation on spin the bottle)
--Icicle Endurance Test (put icicles in socks or... wherever... and see who can last the longest!)
--Xmas song showdown (who can sing a song the whole way through - or who can find someone on their phone who can!)
--Silent Night (who can stay the quietest while being tickled)

Just be creative... get people's input too. The more say they have the more they will want to participate! Good luck!
