It sounds like you've got iron or other mineral deposits in your water so try using a clarifying shampoo along with a good conditioner or rinse.

Your's must be oily hair use some herbal shampoo which is meant for oily hair. Or try thin-thick shampoo. Avoid using pantene and H&S because they may make your hair more silkier. Also avoid laurate, Lauryl-sulphates containing shampoos.

it wouldnt be shampoo - sounds like the two dandruff or dry flaky scalp. use a tea tree based shampoo and conditioner - tea tree oil is powerful for many scalp conditioners alongside with dry, sore scalps and dandruff and greasy hair. avert head and shoulders its undesirable for ur scalp.

Rinse thoroughly first and if you still end up with the same result try Loreal. I use it and I love the fact that it that it leaves my hair feeling clean with a lot of body.

Stinks or is Stiff or is Tangled.
Some retards have convinced my mom's boyfriend that Conditioner is a scam and damages your hair. He has stopped useing it and now she complains it stinks, it's getting damaged badly (lotsa split ends) and of course he struggles with combing it and junk.
What Conditioner are you useing?
