ok so theres this one chik...omfg!!...she rox my world!!...she is everythin i want and more!!...but theres a problem -_-"...she is in a relationship where the guy is really messed up emotionally and he tell her tht if she leavese him....he would literally die!!...this scares her and she thinks twice before gettin w/ me...i really really want to be with her...but i feel like a fool!!...how long should i wait?!?!?!?!?

don't wait because if he makes her feel like she "CANT" leave then she wont. I know first hand! You need to sweep her off her feet and boost her confidence so she will fall for you and dump him. He won't die. He'll get over it and move on, he's just saying that so she wont go anywhere, which is what will happen if you wait!!!! JUST DO IT!
