How can i protect my new LCD TV, incase it was stolen?

I just bought a new LCD TV for 1000 bucks and I'm thinking how i can i protect it from burglary? Not just physically but through insurance. Do i have to let my agent know under my home owners?

stuff like that is normally covered under home insurance, if you are renting the contact your insurance about renter insurance

If not, guess you can install burglary alarm. It is better than insurance, as insurance can only offer may 80% of the claim.

The burglary alarm help to stop the theft to eye on your property.
