Anger has been shown to reduce life expectancy, mainly through heart conditions. I think your body is telling you that you're putting it through too much when you get angry. You might look into anger management tequniques so that you reduce the negative impact of your anger. Some of it is behavioral, like breathing. Some is cognitive; changing your thought patterns before and during angry episodes.

The pain is a response to the physiological changes in your body when you become angry. My guess as to what this means is that you should probably learn to control your anger.

Depends on where the pain is. If in the upper chest, it may be angina pectoris, and a doctor should be consulted.
