I got to admit, this guy's like me. Sometimes, the blinders are on and I don't even think the girl of my dreams might be right in front of me.
Don't despair though, one girl did knock me out with one simple move. I worked with her group for 3 months without noticing that she was interested. She saw me eating alone one day and walked up and asked to join me. We didn't even talk anything romantic that first time, but it set the stage for much easier contact later. She and I didn't work out, but we sure had a great time for weeks after that first introduction.
I'm glad she had the confidence to approach me and to do so in such a carefree way.

Remember this: When you go fishing, you bait your hook and throw it in the water. When a fish is brought in then you decide whether you want it or not. There are many fish in the sea... Start by placing bait on the hook and throwing it in. HE is NOT the ONLY FISH. Try a few others and have fun. Eventually he may be interested. Just sit down on the bank and bait your hook (Play the dating game.). Pull in a few fish (Date a few guys). You may find one that you really like and decide he is not the one for you anyway! Have a great holiday (Don't spend it alone.).

it depends on the groups of people you guys both hang out with- if you two aren't on the same level it isn't worth it. I would try to find someone else- you can't make him like you and you can't change a man! that's for damn sure

Say hi, share a joke....talk with him. Eventually you guys will become friends (hopefully)..and who knows where it can go from there.
Don't take my word for it though. I said hi to my crush and he ignored me and gave me a glance that said all too clearly how he felt about me.

It's actually really obvious... Let him know you exist! Try and become his friend; you have to be friends before anything else can happen.

Yes run up to him and kiss him. That would work with me anyway.

you start talking to him more. the only way to get noticed is to make yourself noticable.
