No it doesn't ,there are a great number of people that are of Hispanic heritage/cultural that are vehemently opposed to the influx of illegal aliens.Theses same people also are opposed to La Raza Unida, and all the other lunatic fringe groups that have been spawned to propagate their own racist/hostile agenda under the guise of supporting the illegal aliens. There are many Mexican Americans that love this nation and have served proudly and gallantly in the military to help preserve this nations freedoms and its way of life. The illegal alien has no loyalty or respect for or to this country. They only care about their "better life" no matter what the cost to America.

The term illegal aliens is the terminology that the US government and the law enforcement agency's use to describe any one in this country illegally.A legal person is a immigrant an illegal is an alien.Stop being stupid and thinking we are talking about science fiction descriptions, that has nothing to do with this subject.

No it doesnt some people see the problem as it is migration flows between Mexico and the Untied States been around the first day Polk had the millitary take one-forth of Mexican terrority. The term illegal aliens is rasict term it seems by the media to notate Mexican. We need to allow migraton flows to become more regulated from Mexico and the Untied States. The problem is media does not report about the overwheming good things the Mexican migration provides. For example, a lot of town in the midwest would die off and rot without Mexican migration because no other immigration Ive seen willing to live near North Dakota border. There otherside of the debate too that is igorned is the childern that were involentary brought arcoss. The assumption is poor one because thier are people of Mexican decent do not like migration as much as other people.

No, those two border guards who were wrongly imprisoned for shooting that drug dealer in the butt were of Mexican descent too. And a liberal judge who never sentences criminals using the mandatory gun felony act, sentenced these guards for doing their jobs. Failure of Bush or anyone in the republican party to get the case appealed or pardoned cost them more votes in November then they gained by their silence. It's politicians who "automatically support" illegal aliens, either because they are lobbied by industries that exploit the illegals, or hoping to get their ethnic group votes. I was just reading today in an old (1984?) issue of YANKEE magazine about how after a German terrorist with Iranian passport (imagine that!) was caught crossing the Canadian border into Vermont, a local politician sponsored a tough illegal alien act that was shelved by Speaker Tip O'Neill, for fear it would "alienate" the Hispanic voters. The 9/11 attackers were illegal aliens, and they coudl have walked in over either border in broad daylight, or simply walked down the gangplank in any US port, as several Chinese were recently reported to have done in Seattle. National security is a joke if we don't know who is entering our country, it's not about race, it's not about nationalism, they shouldn't be entering if they are criminals, carrying incurable disease, and don't have a skill, job or sponsor. It's not that easy to enter Mexico looking for work, they even have a patrolled fence with Gautemala, where's the UN outcry about that?

No it doesn't I am a Mexican, Hispanic, Latina, what ever the hell we are supposed to be called these days.
I prefer to be called an AMERICAN! THAT IS ALL.
I as soooo against ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION! I have many friends and family of hispanic origin or what ever they call it and we are all against ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.
I think that when you get these answers from some of the people here on Yahoo Answers that are calling people racists and so on it is because most of them are ANCHOR BABIES/Or ILLEGAL! Or just plain troublemakers.
Lots of the people that I know really are against ILLEGALS.
I wish I could say most of the people I know are against it but that is a lie. I'm here in Texas where most of the people ARE ILLEGAL!!!
LOL!!!

I think there tends to be sympathy and support for illegal immigration from Mexico in circles of people of Mexican descent, yes. Let's say you were a person from, say, Vietnam. Ask yourself if you'd 'drop a dime' on illegal immigrants from Vietnam.
Probably not. Well, the same goes for anyplace.

Illegal immigration's a crime, in some cases it leads to a lot more crimes, it doesn't solve problems for the people in the Old Country other than to maybe reduce competition, it's really really shaky in terms of having a positive effect. But, be prepared for more empty hype on this issue...lots of sympathizers out there...

No, I don't think the majority of Americans of Mexican descent condone illegal immigration. I know a couple of legal Mexican immigrants and from them and from what I have seen in the news and on this forum, I do not think the majority of them support illegal immigrants. On this forum, in particular, the supporters of illegal immigration that I have seen here seem to be American women who are in romantic relationships with illegal immigrants and so they want their "men" to be able to become magically legal so they won't have to lose them in deportation. As well, a lot of adult children of illegals who want their parents to be able to get amnesty. That is the majority of the posters I have noticed on here. There are the odd "bleeding hearts" who jump in and claim that they just want everyone to be free because "we are all God's children" and we "all came here as immigrants and no one but the native indians are true citizens," and that kind of malarky.

Since you asked, that's what I think. Thanks for asking.

We also have selfish Mexican-Americans and not just white people that do not support them. Illegals are even hated by white Mexicans in Mexico.

Great question. Your next one should be: "Does being of Eskimo ancestry mean that you should defend the Irish Catholics?" Or what does the cost of living have to do with with the translation of Shakespeare's Sonnets to the Chinese.
I personally don't care,I am just telling you what I think!
