a is pronounced ah, as in mama.
e is pronounced ay, as in say.
i is pronounced ee, as in he and see.
o is pronounced oh, as in no and know.
u is pronounced oo, as in boo, loon, and soon.

With the Kanji:

January, ichigatsu, 一月
February, nigatsu, 二月
March, sangatsu, 三月
April, shigatsu, 四月
May, gogatsu, 五月
June, rokugatsu, 六月
July, shichigatsu, 七月
August, hachigatsu, 八月
September, kugatsu, 九月
October, jūgatsu, 十月
November, jūichigatsu, 十一月
December, jūnigatsu, 十二月

(yongatsu for April and nanagatsu for July are generally not used today).

Now you can see that gatsu 月 is month, and that the numbers are:

1, one, ichi, 一
2, two, ni, 二
3, three, san, 三
4, four, shi or yon, 四
5, five, go, 五
6, six, roku, 六
7, seven, shichi or nana, 七
8, eight, hachi, 八
9, nine, ku, 九
10, ten, ju, 十

Please enjoy!

Ichi-gatsu
Ni-gatsu
San-gatsu
Yon-gatsu (or shi-gatsu)
Go-gatsu
Roku-gatsu
Nana-gatsu (or shichi-gatsu)
Hachi-gatsu
Kyuu-gatsu (or ku-gatsu)
Jyuu-gatsu
Jyuuichi-gatsu
Jyuuni-gatsu

Just the number - or one of the pronunciations of the number - with 'gatsu' (month) afterwards.
