I would call this question stupid...but...

I just heard a new report on the Nigerian scams. You know, the ones where some dude in Nigeria is related to some high government official who recently died? This person somehow managed to accumulate $25 million dollars, and the relative needs a way to get it out of the country. If you help, they will give you $5 Million for your troubles?

Obvious scam. But the news report said they caught a couple congressmen, doctors, lawyers, and some very intelligent people! One lost over $300k!

Greed does amazing things to people. And now these lottery scams!

Just ask yourself? You never entered the lottery. And if you did, why on earth would you need to pay someone to get your prize?

If you have to enter your credit card information just to claim a prize, it's a scam and you just gave them the information they need to rip you off . . . sorry.
