Most Christian churches say that people can prophesy since 1/4 the bible is prophesy and a verse in Titus says so. THe belief that the holy ghost moves freely among christians doesn't really have a name. Glossolalia is sometimes referred to asspeaking in the spirit but that term usually refers to spoken languages.

Bible answers I usually find best for Bible questions; first consider the spirit that was inside of Eve came from Adam, so they two were one body at some point in time. But part of his spirit was given to Eve. Now the same is true of Jesus for he is called the second man Adam. 1 Corinthians 15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.
1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
1 Corinthians 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
And Jesus death and Resurrection really was him sleeping for a season while the Bride is being formed; Genesis 2:21
And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
All of this to say; 2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
So yes the Spirit of the Lord works freely among people that believe in him and all things are possible to a group of believers including creation;
Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
Now all people that believe in Jesus take his Spirit and become his Bride, this is commonly taught as another person but that is not true, God's spirit is the same spirit that dwelt in Jesus, and is known as the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost.This is term used to descibe God's moving in the church.

Are you referring to the Baptism in the Holy Spirit? I've never heard it expressed in that sense, of the spirit (Spirit?) moving freely among Christians. But tongues and prophesy are typically manifested only after one has been baptized in the Holy Spirit.
