not in Korean bases. Or if you are in tech school and don't have the commander's permission. But other than that, yes. You can also have a house (on or off base or apartment) have a pet, etc. The military is a job. When you're not deployed you are the same as any other person going to work.

Most do. When I was a new officer, it took some getting used to when the guards at the gate kept saluting my car.

Not if you're in basic or AIT.

Not if you don't have a driver's license, or if there is no insurance or current tags or registration IN the vehicle.

Also depends if you're overseas.

You should be able to if you're legal to drive...but it does depend on where you're stationed...we're overseas and we're allowed 2 cars...if you're in a deployed location, I highly doubt it....good luck.

Of course you can.
That's called a POV (Privately Owned Vehicle.)
But you're not allowed to fly it without a pilot's licence.
