Yes it hurts a lot. My first Love. Which I know today. I was more in Love with the feeling of being in Love, then the person. I knew the person wasn’t treating right, but I Loved that feeling of being in Love. Well when I lost that feeling. I couldn’t stop my heart from hurting. I was sick for a month. I had a fever for 10 days. I was doing it to my self. It was new and I didn’t know what would happen next. Well I have experience true Love twice. It gets easier after the first time. It hurts less as time goes by. It’s better to date or if you’re not ready to date. Go out, tell the person you are getting over someone and you need time to understand the mistakes you made. When I was alone, it was harder to get over the hurt. When healing from a broken heart the faster I found someone cool to hang out with the easier it was. If you can’t find someone cool in your school, visit another school or the mall.
You have many soul mates. Just because you Love someone, you lose that person. Don’t believe that person was the only one. You just haven’t been looking hard enough, or you believed you only have one soul mate and you lost them. With that belief it is going to be hard to find another.
Sometimes you have to go through darkness to see the light.

I examine the solutions right here and curiously they have not had a broken coronary heart. I does harm and intensely undesirable actual and emotionally. Your coronary heart itself isn't harm however the discomfort you sense interior is genuine. it is your bodies reaction to an emotionally harm, purely like your physique could harm once you decrease your self or wreck a bone. It purely takes an excellent style of meditation and an excellent style of time. that's authentic that ingredient heals all wounds, the two actual and emotional. Get busy doing some thing that further you excitement in the previous her, save at it, it is not fairly basic in the previous each thing. herald acquaintances and kinfolk for help, they love you and are there for you. I promise, you will stay with the aid of this and love lower back. I PROMISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CAN WE TALK??
Luv hurts soooooo much!
but I look at it like this...at least your heart is open/pure enough to "feel" such intense feelings! Some pple just don't care about others...this shows that u r capable of this beautiful emotion. For me the pain slices thru my heart...i can't sleep..i can't eat...i like walk around in a numb daze...so i promised myself in my next relationship i will treat pple like the treasure they r...so I don't inflict that kind of pain onto anyone else!

I have felt it when in love and breaking up- the pain is created as a reaction to the chemicals moving around in your body...

Yes. When someone you love hurts you, it can feel like a punch in the gut... it truly does hurt the heart.
