I think it is a choice, Hiltler actually had a mental condition from I believ siffilus (i could be wrong on the name though) and was sexually abused by his MOTHER!! That is by no means a cop out for him, but I he did have a life that can cause people to do such things, maybe not of that magnatude. Also if you believe in God you would know that even Lucifer (devil) was a angel that fell from grace, so I believe we are all born inncocent & surroundings & choices take us from there

No question of born! All human comes to the earth with same clean way. But the matter is environment! How they bought up ,get education & earn experiences!
again never judge a person with one side of the coin. U feel Hiltar is bad! So is the Millions in that time? Can never be. Again Mother theresa! an wonderful lady! How much u know about her private life? Did u know whether she had sex any time in her life or not? Or does she feels any time? Actually Hitler had a good idea, however he chose the wrong way to go about it. Much of today's "miracles" were born out of the experiments under Hitler's rule. If it hadn't been for Hitler we wouldn't know about organ transplants, certain diseases that people of certain races are afflicted with (Sickle Cell/Tae Sachs). But yes I do believe that a SMALL minority of people are born inherently evil or good but for the rest of us it is a matter of choice.

We are all born to be good, it is the way you are raised the atmosphere that your raised in and the type of person you want to be and many other life altering events that determines who you are. But most of all its about what each of us decide, we might not understand someone else's choice all we can do is say if it is wrong or good or evil or whatever. But its up to each of us to stand up to the bad ones, or we wind up being cheated out of a good life. We all have choices what is yours?

No, not when you are born. It has everything to do with the way you are raised. Whether you have foster parents or biologivcal parents, if they have good strong values, then the child will grow up to have good values. This may not be the in case in some scenerios, however, it is the case for the majority!!

There is no such thing as a good or bad person, if you are a "bad" person you can change, you are not doomed to be a bad person forever just because you've made bad decisions in the past.

My opinion. Humans are a invasive species that spreads its own destruction across this globe. They kill all animals in thier way, even each other for personal gain. Wars are fought destroying not only life but the land it is on. I could go on and on but then I would sound like a hippie, but doesn't what I just said sound evil to you?

be evil no matter what.
The other 80% is going to be a mix of how we raise them, the environment they see growing up, fate, and THEIR choice of life directions.
