exersize and cutting calories. most diet pills dont work, and the whole adkins diet works fine for a while but when you get to the weight you want and try to have a normal diet again youll gain it all right back. and if you want to lose weight and keep it off its not a diet or exersize plan you need you need to change your life style. meaning create a healthy life of eating healthy and getting plenty of exersize and sleep also has a big factor on a persons weight as well. lol sounds like dr. phill hu. i have 2 of his diet books and they work trust him he knows what he is talking about. and my choice of exersize is tae bo, swimming and walking.
