They now find that there are antioxidents in fresh brewed coffee that are good for warding off cancer. However, too much of anything is bad for you somehow. If you like coffee, it's okay to drink it, just don't go overboard.

There is no scientific proof that coffee and other drinks containing coffeine cause cancer of any kind. Coffee is good in reducing the chances of liver cancer.

The study found that those who drank one or two cups of coffee every day halved their risk of this type of cancer. This risk decreased slightly more if they drank three or four cups every day, while those who drank five or more cups a day, saw the risk fall by 76%!

If you ask the coffee industry, they maintain that other studies shows that coffee is beneficial to your health, lowering the risk of colon cancer, gallstones and cirrhosis of the liver. They also claims that coffee contains more anti-oxidants than green tea, and is an excellent antidepressant.

Cancer is the abnormal growing and division of cells that have gone beyond control. Most common factors that may cause cancer are exposure to radiation, tabacco smoking, stress, etc.
Keep in mind it is different for every individual person, because our organisms differ from one another. Back to your question, from what I have read on coffee, it DOES NOT cause cancer.

I don't think so. If you look at it from a logical perspective, it seems to clean your system out. Ever notice how many trips to the bathroom you make? Some people discovered it can help diminish cellulite if you rub it on your skin and others use it for an enema. I doubt anyone would want to do that if there was a risk of cancer.

Actually while I don't think I'll ever be 100% convinced that coffee isn't bad for you, they have done many extensive studies and have been unable to find any serious ill effect of drinking coffee beyond discolouring your teeth.

Yes, and so do leisure suits, because an expert on "Fernwood Tonight", back in the 1970's, said so.
