I trying to gain more strenght before my birthday and i need some ways i can get stronger fast.

The idea of getting strong fast because your birthday is coming soon is the point as which you are about to panic. Or it sure sounds like that. If you want to get strong for a particular reason like impressing a lady or making a football team then read and exercises daily. Eat less and eat smaller proportions. Us less salt. (Not no salt just less.) Eat balanced meals. Seat down and do absolutely nothing a couple times a day. Just let your mind go wandering wherever it wants to go and enjoy the ride for five or ten minutes each time.
Get professional counseling because everyone needs to be counseled.

lift weights the heavier the weight and less reps = body mass the more reps less weight = toning a good way to get bigger is by doing push ups if you cant lift weights, in my off time I do 10 incline by putting my hands up on a chair and my feet on the floor then 10 Regular, and to finish 10 decline by putting my hands on the floor and then my feet on the chair and do this 3x so about 90 pushups then for abs because they are the most essential part of the body cordinating balance and strenght.

I used to have arms weaker then girls(lmao) so one day I decided to do some pressups and I could barely do any, this was 2 months ago and all ive been doing is sit ups/push ups/chin ups and a bit of jogging, atm I can do 25 or so pushups in a go and I didnt try much tbh, waiting for chrismas to get my bench and gym.

work out...lift weights (doesn't have to be a lot)...walk, run
