You can sure try all those recommended programs. I've tried quite a few and all of them remove some spyware but none of them remove all spyware. Often if you have one spyware program, then you have multiple spyware programs. There is only one sure fire cure, and this is what they will do if you take it to a pro, wipe the drive and reload. If you computer is more than a year or two old, then a periodic reload helps keep things working well anyway.

I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

I have Acronis Privacy Expert installed on my computer. It just suggests me to delete the malware detected, that's it.

go to download.com and get Spybot and Adaware. They are free and work quite well.
