You talk to a woman like you would anyone else...with respect and honesty. If you like a woman then ask her if she would like to go out...wether it be for coffee or lunch. Yea it can be awkward at time but just be yourself. Don't try to be something you are not for in the end when the real you comes out they will fell played.
