Circulation problem.
For whatever reason, your hands are not getting adequate
blood supply.
You might want to see a Cardiologist, or even a Neurologist.
There are numerous things that can cause this problem.
I highly recommend you get it checked out.
I have Raynauds Desease, where there's a problem with the blood vessels and nerves, and the cold effects this problem.
I'm not saying thats what you have, but it's not normal to have
cold hands all the time. What about your feet? are they cold too.

Sounds like you have poor circulation. You need to move your hands to try to increase the blood flow and if it really bothers you the doc can try a med to improve you blood circulation but not sure if a doc will prescribe anything if it is just your hands.

If you have fairly thin hands and small bone structure, then don't worry too much about it. For cooler climate, wear a trendy scarf, believe it or not, keep your neck warm and your hands feel warmer, same with wearing a warm hat. This works so well you won't believe it.

Hard to say - most cold hand problems occur because peripheral blood circulation is too low to keep them warm. Some non-medical causes are not getting enough calories in the diet and vasoconstriction caused by nicotine in cigarette smokers. Common medical causes are Raynaud's syndrome and . hypothyroidism condition. More serious medical causes are heart failure or seriously clogged arteries.

I have the same problem. It's just a blood-circulation or sometimes even a nervousness thing; try exercising more. Sometimes I even wear light gloves around the house.

One problem that can cause this poor peripheral circulation is Vitamin C deficiency. This is often seen in smokers. You may want to try taking supplemental Vitamin C.

You probably just have poor circulation. Many people have this. I don't think it's anything to worry about, but I would mention it to your doctor next time you go for a physical.
