Do what I have done, its called the water diet. I am a gymnast, so i gotta keep the weight off! okay, what you do is drink 8 ounces of water before a meal, during the meal, and after the meal, that way, you are not only to full to eat alot of food, but you are also getting all the water that you need to stay hydrated. At first, you will think that this is nuts if you try it, but if you do it for at least a week, then you'll understand why I like it. now, I can't go without drinking water anymore because my body craves it.

DO not ever try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. All these diets that sound too good to be true...ARE to good to be true. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

You can try www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a private nutritionist and it is free. They also have all kinds of recipes. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

There is no magic bullet. To lose weight and keep it off you have to make a life style change that you are willing to stick too. Losing too fast is not healthy and the chances of you gaining it all back is very high and you may actually gain more than what you originally lost. Eat less and exercise more. You have to burn more calories than you consume. A pound is equaled to 3500 calories so to lose a pound a week, which is a recommended healthy loss you need to have a deficit of 500 calories a day. Find out how many daily calories you need based on your weight and height (type "daily calorie needs" into Google to find a calculator) and subtract 250 calories and stick to that number for consumption. Then exercise enough to burn off 250. Your goal should be a loss of 1-2 pounds. That's it! If you cut your caloric intake by too much your body will go into starvation mode. You metobolism will slow down and you won't lose weight and in many cases you may actually gain weight.

Hun, there is no best way to lose weight quickly..
But if you really only want to lose it for a short amount of time in a short amount of time.. i'd probably try something like soup fast if you don't want to exercise or anything like that.

Goodluck.

Sounds like you might be suffering from Lazyness Maximus. Pull your finger out, if you can ask a stupid question like this then you can also access websites that will tell you a plain and simple truth,

Get of your backside and walk a few miles every day.

Fasting is the quickest way but be sure to check with your doctor first for recommendations. Usually non-sugery fruit juices and water only will work. Start slow and when fast is over start slow again with food.
