I take centrium, heres're some tips

Chromium is a new vitamim/mineral I dunno which, but most helath experts say it is very good for energy and more

Vitamens ACE are believed to help prevent cancer caused by Hydrogenized products/food which are shot w/ hydrogen atoms to help them preserve on shelfs.

Vitamens A,D,E,K are fat-soluble so W/out fat you won't get them, and if you get wayy over 100% DV they build up and become toxic. Most products don't give you that much of them anyways. Also watch out for too much iron, but don't skimp because iron is also very important for energy.

Take a multi-vitamim! It is definalty worth it.

First of all, HGH is not a vitamin, so we can let that rest right off, yes?

As to what is the best vitamin, well -- that depends -- that depends on where you are most deficient but above all, it is best to see a registered dietician or physician. Ratios of vitamins must be known first before you go tampering; still others are rendered of no consequence without the appropriate and proportionate minerals and elements working in tandem with the vitamins.

You must also know what foods to eat and what not to eat that could render certain nutrients null and void. Also, you must consider the factor of medications you may be taking for which some particular nutrient would be contraindicated if taking.

You see? 'See how many questions just for starters that you must know to ask?

Take a men's or women's (depending on your gender) multivitamin, I take One A Day...but they are all the same. The only difference is that most of the men's have lycopene for prostate health and little or no iron which is associated with heart disease, while the women's contain extra calcium. If you want to take it further than that, the latest wisdom suggests that you could use more vitamin C beyond that, as well as potassium, calcium, and vitamin E. I also recommend fish oil which is full of heart healthy Omega 3 fatty acids and good cholesterol...it's very good for your heart, blood circulation and brain health (it has also been speculated that it staves off depression.)

One pill, multi-vitamin daily. In a month you will feel like accomplishing anything, almost. Follow some easy rules to eating and some mild exercise, the skies the limit.
