I really wish I had a simple answer for you. Depression and stress are two old friends of mine, and yes, with friends like that I don't need enemies.
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling bad. I've always though you were fun and delightful, and have a great sense of humor.
I wish the best for you. It's too bad some people here have to take things so seriously that they set out to hurt others. Try not to give them too much of your thoughts and energy, remember that there are people that do care about you and there are more of us then there are of them.
You'll always be a Goddess to some of us.

Migrains alone can cause anxiety and stress and if it's the stress that cause the migrain then you are running a viscious circle that will make you really sick. I suffer from the same problem and know that when I'm most stressed I grind my teeth in my sleep and this will cause a tension/migrain headache. I saw my dentist and am getting a mouth piece made to help. Do you have any enjoyable, relaxing hobbies you could get more involved in? I wish I had a really good answer for you...try and take care.

This is the time of year for depression. Less sunlight, cold, inclement weather and the pressures of "Christmas" are everywhere.
Try to get out of the house, go for a walk, turn off the TV, the computer and spend sometime with a good book or go to a movie. Are you involved in any group activities? Could you spend sometime volunteering? Food banks and soup kitchens would love to have your help and they are very appreciative. They'll make you feel special.

I am always under a lot of stress. I don't know why either, but I started having mirgrains really bad. Well I thought they were mirgrains. I went to the Doctor and he said I was having anxiety headaches. So you could be having the same thing. Anxiety is a part of depression, You feel anxious, aggrivated all the time, scared, nervous, cant sleep, Dizziness, Light headed, you have the shakes, and cry, and hurt in places you that has never hurt before.

Nature Made SAM-e. Start with 400 mg twice a day. Move up to 600 mg. twice a day. Or, stop when you feel a lot better, which you will.
Must be Nature Made because that's the only one that for sure contains the ingredients listed on the label.
You can get it at Costco, which is cheaper than anyplace else. Or, better, you can get it on eBay for a lot less.
Costco charges $39 for 90-200mg tablets.
Take care.

SOunds a b it like seasonal depression. It is darker outside for longer, too many shoppers, traffic, etc.
COnsider a couple ways to go. FInd some bright flourescent light and do something you enjoy; rerading, exercise, etc.
Consider hanging with people you like and let their mood rub off.
I was blind for a month recently, and had some depressing days thinking about my own future. It's better now and so are my down days. Good luck to you.

Well. You know what we're going to tell you in this land of medicalized mental health. See a shrink.
In addition (or perhaps even before you see a shrink), I suggest you join a yoga class, schedule weekly massages, take a meditation class, or look into holistic medicine (herbs, organics). Yoga and Pilates helped immensely in my own recovery from depression; in spite of how hippie it sounds, part of each person (no matter how much they object) _begs_ to be connected to the body, the breath, and the quiet of the mind. These things get lost in our crappy, worthless 40-hour-a-week jobs.

If you suffer from depression they claim that this time of the year is the hardest. Maybe you should go in and speak with your doctor. You have to be honest in order for them to help. Some people do need help with this and there is nothing to be ashamed about. This world of ours is very stressful. Best of Luck to you.

There are 2 very stable factors to submit to in innovations related to the Kyle Busch - Dale Jarrett incident at Atlanta. First, this became into no longer a small, short song. Busch had a lot of room to bypass on the exterior, which could actual be executed at Atlanta, yet as a substitute chosen to annoy DJ. 2d, Burton became into scuffling with to capture Hamlin and became into (style of) being held up with the aid of McDowell and different lapped site visitors. Busch became into top the race at Atlanta devoid of danger of all people catching him. there became into no p.c.. of site visitors, purely DJ's vehicle to get around. He became into being way disrespectful and overly-aggressive. in my opinion I disagree with what Burton and Gordon had to declare approximately McDowell after Martinsville. in need of purely pulling over, scuffling with, and letting those 2 bypass, there became into no longer something greater the #00 could have executed in this small, tight short song. He gave them a sparkling line to bypass on the interior - watch the replays!

Has it been for over two weeks? if so, you may be clinically depressed. counseling and medication, if necessary can be a literal life saver. make three appointments, one to your medical doctor for a thorough work up, then to a psychiatrist (they can diagnose and write Rx but they usually don't 'do' therapy- ask for a recommendation and see a licensed counselor (psychologist, social worker, etc.) Best of Luck.
