It is a healthy way to lose weight and it is a free site. It's like having your private nutritionist.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They also have a maintenance program. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site. I'm really impressed.

i know MANY people that have done/ are still doing, the same diet. this is what usually happens. your body is adjusting more so your not going to see as much week to week results as you have done before. work out more and make sure you are still following the diet properly. you will loose weight, but not as much per week

That's great, I think you just hit a plateau. Just keep going and maybe exercise a little more.

just give it time and don't give up and increase your activity and get more exercise and maybe cutting back on the high fat meats and substituting for chicken and fish
