For example, God kills 70,000 innocent people because David ordered a census of the people (1 Chronicles 21).
God also orders the destruction of 60 cities so that the Israelites can live there. He orders the killing of all the men, women, and children of each city, and the looting of all of value (Deuteronomy 3).
He orders another attack and the killing of “all the living creatures of the city: men and women, young, and old, as well as oxen sheep, and asses” (Joshua 6).
In Judges 21, He orders the murder of all the people of Jabesh-gilead, except for the virgin girls who were taken to be forcibly raped and married. When they wanted more virgins, God told them to hide alongside the road and when they saw a girl they liked, kidnap her and forcibly rape her and make her your wife!
Just about every other page in the Old Testament has God killing somebody! In 2 Kings 10:18-27, God orders the murder of all the worshipers of a different god in their very own church! In total God kills 371,186 people directly, not including the Noachian flood story, and orders another 1,862,265 people murdered.
These totals are just from the hand full of stories they felt it was OK to put in the bible, remember it has been translated and most assuredly edited many times.

God ordered people like king David and Joshua to kill many people but these people did horrible things like sacrificing their little children to false gods like Baal. They would pass their children through fire. They would put the child in a sacificial statue along with other things. The priests of Baal would then light a fire in it and beat the drums so that the childs screams could not be heard. In some of these rituals they would even partake of the flesh of the child meaning eatting them. Now tell me if you knew someone was doing that would you wanna kill them? As for the comment of Xavier M. thats a lie! I read Judges21 and that didn't happen you should read the bible before you tell people things that happened in it! God did not comand these things they did them on their on accord and the book ends with the phrase in those days there was no king of Israel: every man did what was right eyes.

Satan can have no one killed because he is not of divine status. Satan means Accuser. His function was/is to stand before God and accuse us of our sins. Satan does not have the power to judge or condemn.
In mercy, God has allowed man the freedom to die. Those who accept God are given the freedom to live again. No one though, has to live forever in the stench and pain of their sins.

Trick question. The Bible is about God. Satan's minions don't need orders to kill. They murder all by them selves.

isn't he the on who ordered Moses, Joshuah, David and all the other soldiers to kill people.
he actually ordered them to kill them and torture them in his name.

Satan; he is the one who brought death upon all of humanity by deceiving Eve.
And it was God Himself who gave His own life to deliver us from death.
