Obviously the girl never learns and puts other people lives at risk when caught again for DUI let alone cocaine use.
She needs to dry out, maybe a stint inside will help maybe not, and you being her friend need to help her get on track when released again.
If you both use then it is only time until she is either dead or kills some innocent from disregarding her penalities.
Behopes that you are straight/clean and can help her like a good friend can...♥

Once she violates probation, all original charges can be brought against her - the two DUIs and cocaine possession. If she plea bargins to avoid trial, they may drop one or two of the DUIs and she will have to do time for cocaine possession - the more serious of the crimes.

Wow.
Not only did she now get another DUI, which is bad enough, but she's violated her probation by being caught with drugs.
She will probably get either a HUGE fine and rehab, or jail time.

because you're the motive force you've a responsibility over the flaws on your vehicle, so the countless blame does lay on you. in case you plead no longer in charge, you're probable going to be trialled and placed in charge besides, so by pleading in charge you may be in a position to get off on a lesser cost. only a even with the truth that, yet ask a legal specialist heavily

Maybe you should reconsider the criteria you use when picking friends. If she doesn't have enough sense to get straight, what will you do when she is caught again, and you are with her?

Best advice is to ask a local attorney who does DUI defense. Most will NOT charge for a first visit.
