Just act like you are not embarrassed by anything you did, laugh at yourself and the stupid behavior. If you are fun to be around, she'll stay - besides, if she came in the first place you are already off on the right foot.
Hell, I once drunk dialed the mom of a hot chick I know, and the girl invited me out the next week.
