DO not do any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.
Go to www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight and it is a free site.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site.
Enjoy!
God Bless!

If you never have don't bother none of them really work and the weight lose is never permenant. The only thing that used to work was Stacker with ephedra but it was really unhealthy and they took it off the market and replaced it this time without the ephedra. I think that your doctor can give you medication if he/she thinks its necessary. It's meds usually prescribed for obese people. But like I said you want to lose weight you're going to have to work for it, There is no magical pill that slims you away without any effort. Trimspa would be one of the better ones and that doesn't work unless you either starve yourself or if you using it as a supplement to a diet. Sometimes taking pills like dexatrim with green tea can help boost your metabolism.

There is no miracle pill that won't "alter your system." Otherwise, they wouldn't work.
An exception might be a pill that expands so much it takes up space in your stomach, but even that can cause changes.
Make an appointment with a bariatric specialist to see what alternatives are safe and effective for you. What works for one person might be very bad for another.

DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS!! DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS!!!!! DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS!!!!!!!!! For God's sake, you girls on here... Do not resort to unhealthy behavior!!!!!!!
Drink a ton of water, and go to the gym every day, lift weights, and eat healthy meals, no bread, no pasta, no junk.
If you want a HEALTHY supplement to support weight loss, take HerbaSway Green Tea Extract (found in GNC or internet), and/or Omega Rx Ultra-Refined Fish Oil Supplements from Zone website.

Sorry, but our good friend science says that pills won't help you lose weight. The only ones that will are just uppers that increase the cardiovascular system - basically speeding up your body. The only way to lose weight and keep it off sensibly is the way you allready knew how - diet and exercise.

HI. Since the ephedra was taken out of diet pills, they generally don't work as well. I would recommend drinking tons of green tea. Thats probably the best diet pill you are gonna get, and its natural, raises your metabolism, provides lots of vitamines and antioxidents. Then :-( sadly diet and exersize.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
