Sounds like some muscles that have not been used for a while are talking too you. first of all, slow down the work outs. Second, take some medication, Aleeve or my favorite, Motrin to help with the inflammation. Should you begin having radiating pains, shortness of breath or the pain spreads to the general chest area, go see your doctor right away.

The Motrin should take care of the inflammation, but again, take it slow and don't over do the exercise.

could be a rib sprain or strain. I sprained my ribs and it hurt really bad but eventually it healed up on its own in 6-8 weeks. My doctor told me she wouldn't have been able to do anything for me anyway, except for pain meds, which I actually didn't use but could have. anyway, if you are concerned you may have broken something (if you did, you would know and would be at the ER right now) I am not a doctor however, if the pain worsens or does not lessen in a week or two then go to the doctors and get it checked out!

Yes. It's most often both a stupid suffering, or a pointy, quick suffering. It's certainly not been an extended, extreme suffering. You'll think tons of these items, everywhere, because the being pregnant progresses. Lots of matters must transfer and stretch and scrunch as much as make room for the child. But I've continually notion that the extra minor changes your frame makes early, and alongside the best way, the extra secure you can be on the finish.

This happened to me a long time ago. It hurt so much it was painful when I took breaths. The more that happened the more I hyperventilated. The more zi hyper ventilated the worse the pain.

I went to the ER and it was some Sternum thing.

He gave me strong pain killers and sent me home.

Take some motrin.

Sore muscles that you haven't used so they are out of shape. Don't push it to hard, you could rip something. Build it up slowly, don't do to much right away, train yourself and your body for the workout.

muscle pain is common when youre using new muscles. it should go away after a few days, if it doesnt , it might be something else and you should see a doctor.

A stitch in the side...a muscle cramp likely.
