Theyre just relative concepts invented by man. They dont exist.
Apparently 911 was evil, but america waging war on iraq murdering tens of thousands isnt.
From most arabs point of view (i can only guess of course) they would regard 911 as good and the war against iraq as evil.
Saddam was supposedly evil, but he single handedly held iraq together, while 140000 american troops have only managed to murder 50000 and start a civil war............

Your theory can only be used in Satanism. or when "evil" means good, "good" means evil, after you have altered the meaning to these two words in the Dictionary.
