Well you want to do it in a healthy way. Exercise and a healthy diet will do alot but it also depends on your body motabolism. Just make sure to take some vitamins so keep up with any you might be leaving out by going on diet. In the end you health is the most important thing so do it smart. Can it be done..yes but if you are not use to exercising then you will want to start slowly not jump strait into a 4 hour work out or you could do more harm then good.

Being healthy, you should only lose about 2 pounds a week. But that also varies on your weight right now. If you're obese or close to it, just working out and dieting can make you lose up to 10 pounds a week! Get your heart rate up at least a half hour every day and eat healthy, and hopefully that will make a difference. Good luck!

It depends on how much you weigh now, but for most people that is too much of a loss too soon. Most experts recommend no more than 2 pounds per week, after the first week when you may lose a little more.
And sudden weight loss is less likely to be permanent that crash dieting as well.

u might want to slow your weight loss down more because you dont want to make the mistake i did by losing too much weight at once. i lost about 15 lbs in 1 week and it wasn't a very pretty sight and if you started losing weight now that would be like 8 lbs in a week or something.

u should start slowly go with a goal u know u can accomplish first try like loosing 5 pounds or sometin n wen u get used to the dietin try makin da # higher

Yes, I lost 20lbs this month by doing two things. Changing my diet from pizza to low fat sea-food and lean chicken and biking 15-20 miles every other day and yes my legs and butt are sore as hell.
