It all depends on where you are.
Your local law enforcement office should be able to give you a list or answer questions for you.

Rationally, a toothbrush, spoon handle, pen, popsickle stick, guitar string or loose wire in a garment like a bra or back support, strong medication or spray, STD, hammer, screwdriver, brick, rock, blackjack, extending baton, anything the arresting officer wants to call a "weapon" that is concealed, is a "concealed weapon", something that could be used as a deadly weapon which an unarmed opponent has only their bare hands to defend themselves against.

It depends on what sense you mean. Legally will be defined by state or local laws, but airlines & some casinos consider even pocketknives to be weapons. I personally consider anything you can dogreat harm to me with to be weapons - I can see your hands & feet so I know to stay away from them if you start to try & hit me with them.

I can say with certainty, it depends on your State, so thats where you have to look.
Also some cities regulate weapons as well.
Many States issue concealed carry permits, so it is possible to carry firearms legally. You'll have to undergo a police background check.
