So it makes me think he very well can be cheating but ive asked him if he ever has and he says no he is totally against cheating because of his ex gfs who cheated on him. I want to trust him but al ot of things he does makes me wonder. He is a nice guy who loves me very much i just dont know if i just believe his word because the only real way u know if someone is cheating if caught or told. should i just accept his ways about him?

If you know he loves you, then why would you think he cheats? If you have no trust, then you have no relationship. You have to give him the benefit of the doubt. If he says hes not cheating then you just need to trust him, and yes its true, the only way you`ll ever know for sure is if you catch him. I know it sucks, but I went through the same exact thing, constanly asking and questioning my guy till he finally left me, and now he is with someone who trust him, and they are happy and are going to be married. It dosn`t pay to always worry about something that is proabaly not even happening, just enjoy your relationship and be the best girlfriend you can be. If you do that, he wont want to stray!

Very simply you must honor your intuition. If you think he is cheating why waste time gathering evidence just so you can be right? If you think he is not cheating then honor your choice and your man, letting go of actions and emotions you've made mean distrust. Now really try this thought on.... consider your real fear with this matter is not being able to predict the outcome of the choice. You know "what if I'm wrong and I have left him?" "what if he is cheating what will people think?" "say?" "what if I hurt his feelings?" etc. Understand you cannot possibly predict the outcome of your choice! Let go of "trying to look good to avoid looking bad" and simply honor who you as a person committed to your choice. Get that fear will embody all of you as you consider your choice and upon choosing, yet this is the exact moment you become a person in life "in action."
Honor yourself as a person of choice fearless to an outcome creating for youself and your life that ANYTHING is possible.

Cheating and Trust in the same sentence is an oxymoron. In other words, One is right, one is wrong. Perhaps you should weigh your options.
