I PROMISE THIS WORKS: MUSTARD!!! I was skeptical at first, but just squeeze an ample amount out on the burned area, let it dry up for 5 to 10 minutes depending on how bad the burn is, and wash off with cold water. It takes the initial pain of the burn away, and you WILL NOT BLISTER! Seriously. It works every time for me. If the burn is especially bad, you can reapply the mustard, but I've rarely had to.

Forget home remedies, go to a pharmacy or rite aid or something and get a cream called silvadene (or thermazene). It is the cream that they would put on a burn at a hospital. It is an antibacterial and antifungal cream but also soothes the burn. Unquestionably the best way to go - and good to have around the house just in case.

whatever you do don't use a burn cream its the worst eventhough its made for burns it holds bacteria in the burn itself and makes it hurt worse and a lot longer. wash it good with cold water for 5 mins then run it under warm for 3 then apply a bandage for the first 24 hours, after 24 hours let it air out and scab over and it will heal a lot better and faster! trust me i learned all about burns and things in first aid.then make sure to clean it everyday and itf it gets really red and nasty looking see your doctor immediately.

If you have it in the house, aloe vera.
If not, run cold water over it right after you do it. Put ine on it.
Cover it with a bandaid if you have to, but if it's huge, go to the ER ASAP.
Stay away from butter, it doesn't work.

Wash it with water at low pressure and apply cold cream on it. You will certainly have that.
