there's this guy who is real glamrous and a complete flirt, these days he has been doing a lot of little favours and hanging out with me . he is not normally like this with all girls even though he is a lady's man I don't think that he would go all that far every one, but the problem is that he ignores me at work and openly flirts with other girls,is he shy before his friends? are all guys like that? should I make a move first or should I wait for him to make a move.

Yes he would go that far with everyone of the ladies! It sounds to me that he doesn't want anyone else to know you're his back up in waiting just incase they all turn him down. Good grief he ignores you at work! That's not because he's shy it's because he's a user and a player! If you refuse to be his back up plan I'd be willing to bet he wouldn't ignore you any more, you'd be ONE of the many he flirts with!

1. He's a game player, he's playing games and attempting to be cool desirable to as many people as possible. He does this because:
2. He knows he has you. You're like his insurance. If he's not lucky elsewhere, he has you. Missy, you're being used and you're falling for it.
