why is it that almost all guy go after the blonds?!?! that gets on my nerves! and why is their idea of hot a blond with blue eye? kinda makes me feel ugly...kinda really sucks!

News flash, most guys aren't looking at your head. LOL
It's just one hilarious misnomer. Brunettes/Red Heads/Whatever think that guys go for the Blonds. Blonds think that guys go for the chicks with the brains, meaning non-blonds. Guys are most interested in personality, body, and face.
Don't worry so much. You'll find a guy who likes you for you, not your hair color, before you find one that works for you.

I am a blonde. I have been offended by the ignorance expressed within the vast majority of posts in here.
1. Brunettes are not smarter than blondes or redheads. Redheads and blondes are not more intelligent than brunettes.
2. We are all unique and beautiful no matter what our colour(s) may be.
3. The sterotypical "blonde" sexbomb is, more often than not, a brunette with her hair coloured blonde.
4. Blame those women for making us ALL look cheap and easy and for supporting stereotypes. Not innocent women who've absolutely nothing to do with promoting Hollywood stereotypes and prejudices.
Grow up and begin to realise that every colour is attractive, and only one's personal preferences should ever come into play.

every guy has his preference. I melt under a blue-eyed gaze from my handsome blond hubby. But not everyone prefers blond hair or blue eyes. i think most people will agree that a person's eye color is not the only hting they look for in a mate.
By the way, Karen and others, saying blonds are easy or dumb or whatever not only shows your jealousy level, but it is a prejudice. Our modern culture frowns on value judgements based on a person's coloring. Read a book or something. Catch up with civilization.

This will sound so cliche, but it must be said: Stop worrying about what other people think of you and worry about making yourself happy. No one will find you attractive or worth spending time on if you don't think the same things of yourself.
edit: PS You shouldn't take out your own insecurities on other people who did nothing wrong to you. You may think they did, but it's all in your own little head. That goes for every brunette who gets some ridiculous satisfaction out of blonde "jokes." It's really not much different than racism -- stereotyping to make yourself feel better.

I know what you mean. I think all guys care is that the girl skinny and popular - the blonde thing is just a bonus after that point. The best thing to do would be take a good look at yourself in a full-length mirror and say, "I'm beautiful." If guys don't like you for your personality and smarts, then they're just not worth it.

The right guy will not care what color your hair is he will like you for you!!! And be nice to blondes we are ppl to you know. My ques is why do guys see a blonde and think we are 'easy'?

NOT ALL GUYS DO...because I would have tendency of pick brown/red over blonds female...I just do...because I am more attract to dark color hair than light color hair...
My theory of why idea woman would be blonds with blue eyes is that it's their IDEAL woman...it's symbolic of perfect...it seems to me...
to me...dark color hair with unique color eyes are unique to me...especially the fact that they dont worry what people are thinkin' and be themselves...
So I think you better stop worry and bein' urself...

It does honey but hey there's a guy out there for you just at your school, job, or community and he says to himself everyday wow I really like blah blah and she makes me laugh with her jokes and i love the color of her eyes and she is too perfect and I will always fall for her and not a blond!

A guy who truly likes a girl for who she is won't care what color her hair is (and probably won't even notice when she gets highlights or dyes it).
