You can contact your local recruiter for a address and they can give it to you. Yes the soldiers are using silly string for that purpose. They need all the help they can get. So from my military family thank you for helping keep our boys safe.

Walmart, or hardware stores are where I saw it last! Dollar stores seem like the best idea as far as price, but check out hardware suppliers for, a possible bulk price.
