Inherit means they must get these traits from their parents, so please try not to be idealistic in what you are, be realistic in what good traits of your own you would like to see your children inherit.

I'm due with my first (boy) due December 21st!
I hope he get my spouses hair color, my eyes, my nose, and his mouth (though I really don't care, but it's just fun to guess!)
I hope he inherits both of our love for music and ability to play instruments and sing. Also, I hope he inherits my spouses intelligence and my sense of humor :)

I'm actually about to have a baby (due today... well yesterday.. the 8th) And I think about this a lot. I would love for him to inherit his daddys green eyes and both our dark hair my nose and lips. I would like for him to have my brains and my sensitivity and his daddys logic and "manliness". It's so exciting to think of how he will be. I can't wait to finally see.

I hope she ends up with my husband's hair and eyes, his hands, his naturally toned musculature, and my flexibility and feet. I know that is superficial, but it's fun to hope - it won't really make a difference if she's not like that.
I hope our kids get his observant-ness, his softspoken gentleness, his perfect vision, his wry humor, his creative and synthetic abilities, his tidy craftsmanship, and my energy, my imagination, and my analytic and artistic abilities.

My temper- I am sooo patient and calm unlike my husband. My kindness and loyalty, and being optimistic like myself. He already has both of our good looks, so that's always a plus :) Those are a couple I thought of.

i just had my baby and i wished that he would get my eyes but now that he is here and i am just glad he is so darn cute
