Safety - not over protective, all I need is to know he can be my support.
Same mental level.
And cuddling, since that's all I want in a physical relationship.

Honesty, Integrity, Sense of Humor, Compassion, Empathy, Intellectual Equal.
You want somebody who will be truthful and show a strong character. He should be able to find humor in life, be caring and understanding of others feelings and be somebody who is on the same wave length as you.
