one of my friends asked this guy what he though of another girl and he said that he though that "she is nice" he's been staring at her a lot lately.

It probably means he thinks she's nice. Why does everything have to have a hidden meaning? Sometimes people actually mean what they say.

guys minds are really weird. It depends on who the guy is with for his group. Is he a jock or a quite guy. Jock usually means body. But just wen ur alone ask him. Ask him if he likes her. Look at the way he tells u. U should pick up some signs there.

I think he meant it when he said she's nice ..he's staring at her for many reasons ,maybe she's pretty or attractive however it mostly because he has a crush on her as he found her a nice girl!

when a guy says that, it simply means he finds her nice. but if the staring part comes in, maybe he is starting to have some kind of interest in her.
