Just ignore the existence of the tape and do it as if nothing have happened. the problem is that we must get used to all types of toilets and sense what your sister have done it is more hygiene than sharing skin diseases and rash which you many times don't know from where it came to you and sure it was the "public toilet"!

well there is always putting her hand in warm water while sleeping so she pees the bed. or you could put a rubber band around the pull out nozzle on the kitchen sink and aim it, then when she turns the water on it will spray her. or if you really want to get her, a LIGHT dusting of itching powder on the toilet paper. or remove all towels and toilet paper from the bathroom after a night of drinking or spicy food.
