I use proclear contact lenses and use opti-free contact solution with its case. I wash the case every month. My sister uses bausch & lomb and was told to replace her cases every month. They send her a box filled with cases, a new one for every month. I think that is to much. What do you guys think?

I change my case every 3 months. Thats what my eye doctor told me to do. I've been wearing contacts for almost 3 years now and (thank God) had no problem. I do think every month is too much.

I also wash my case every morning with soap and water then let it air dry.

I've often used one case for over a year. The key is to keep it clean. I usually clean it every month with Hydrogen Peroxide and rinse with tap water. Then it's ready to use again.

Optometrists say you should change your lens case every 30 days.

If you are wondering if it is necessary, please contact your optometrist or your eyes doctor.
