oi, i had the same problem back when my caloric intake was around 8,500 a day. (lotta training) i could barely eat enough in a day to keep from losing weight. my best friend from highschool told me to eat buttered beans with bacon, if possible. well, i started eating a can of pinto beans a day, like, in addition to all the food i ordinarily ate. that hella did the trick for me.

also this is something i heard some guy in the football team in highschool tell me, eat 3 or 4 servings of peanut butter and have a 12 or so oz. glass of milk right before bed at night. he told me that would help me gain weight, but i never tried it.

To get fat I would eat fat... ice cream, fried greasy foods and cheese. Also eat a lot of sweets right before you go to bed.

actually chinese food is very healthy for you. not to stereotype but how many obese chinese people do you see (the ones who eat strictly chinese food)? anyway anything that has a high fat content is good. fatty red meats, chips. french fries cookies cakes ice cream and milkshakes will definitely do the trick. unless you are like me and have an overly high metabolism.

The best way to gain weight is to eat natural foods which are high in fibre & healthy too.....You dont want to become fat--it isnt healthy...Id say the best healthy weight-gain foods are bananas, mangoes, papaya, jack-fruit, custard apples, & water-chestnuts.....Try nuts, dried fruit, like apricots, raisins, etc...Go for whole milk instead of skimmed milk....and, of course, it wont hurt to give in to your fast-food cravings once in a while, too!!

Breads, lots and lots of breads. Not alot of fast foods because that will raise your cholestrol and blood pressure. Pastas are good. Maybe even gitting some fiber supplements and mixing it with food is good.

You don't really want to be fat.

Maybe you mean, How can I increase my weight? (of course in a healthy way), and put more skin on my bones?

Build muscle, not like a weight lifter, but regular healthy meals are the trick, maybe you eat less than what your body burns.

Good Luck (Rod from OZ)

Well, you don't want to get FAT.

But you might want to gain weight.

I suggest taking a vitamin to make sure you get all nutrition.

Lots of starches - pasta, rice, potatoes, etc.
Lots of meat (need I say more?)

Don't eat a lot of carbohydrates, because once your body uses all the sugar, you store it as fat, and that's just not healthy

Butter, ghee, suet, tallow, lard, coconut oil, cottonseed oil and palm kernel oil, dairy products (especially cream and cheese), meat as well as some prepared foods. As you can tell all the these items are saturated fats. --->Not necessarily good for your body if you consume too much.

Cheese Whopper or Big Mac and large French Fries should do the trick.
