which will happen first the ice age or the world poisoning itself to extinction or the sun frying the earth?

i am talking about from here on out and which will kill off us first

because the earth is not moving around the sun in a perfect orbit but moving farther away from the sun it is said that it will happen to the eath (it will grow colder for a really long time a few life times or so ) much sooner then millions of years from now they think maby in the thousands instead . they also say that we may suvrive the increaseing heat from the sun because it only gains 10% increase in heat every few billion years or so but add afew more and the sun will die out becoming a red giat melting the earth completly then becomeing a white dawrf . much sooner then this earth may need to release pressure under the earths surface
so much that it causes the earth crust to rip and spew out lava 150 times that of any volcano killing some stuff then and there but the gases produced kill off plants then animals then humans right before humans the water supply should kill off everything in the oceans having become poision instead of water due to the gases this is all according to

the discovery channel and there ever hard working scientist

First our earth would be fried up in the solar microwave oven and then cooled down and froze to ice in the natural refrigerator.

I say the Sun frying the Earth. No mere ice age or pollution or nuclear war could ever kill every single person. People are tougher and more resourceful than that. Those things might kill 99% of us, but not all. Heck, even the Sun frying the Earth might not kill us all if we have perfected space travel by then. And since that won't happen for millions of years, I am pretty sure we will have perfected space travel by then.

Some thing will surely do it but what is a difficult question. I feel it is poisoning / pollution which will do it and not ice age or the sun.

We humans and animals who will be able to adopt with earth cooling will certainly not suffer extinction and sun frying us -- that will take millions of years.

So now only thing left is - Poisoning, the way we are polluting this mother earth and overexploiting all natural resources I am sure this will be the culprit. Or should we say we are the culprit who will kill ourself with our way of living.

Cooling will happen only with only certian sections of the world as global warming disrupts usaul routes of warm ocean currents to cold climates of the world. Frying will happen slower but will affect much of the world. I wouldnt say that eitheir will kill us off although I am all with you that we are posioning the enviroment.
