be honest with him set down an talk to him and see how he feels that way there are no mixed signals about anything just straight to the point... so that way you know wiether or not to take after the other guy.... same with him.. all you can really do is talk to him. If he still has feelings for you, you can go from there, but if not, you can't change anybody's feelings. But at least you'll know and can start getting over it and moving on.
