What you should do now is get a few cookbooks, and a good book about sports nutrition (because those sports people seem to know the most about nutrition, and regular nutrition books are harder to find in the midst of all the fad diet books, etc.). And eat plenty of healthy food, take your vitamins, and exercise. Don't drink much during or after meals, because you will feel full too soon. It would help to know how tall you are; that will limit your weight potential somewhat. You might want to see a doctor too; there could be something else wrong with you that caused all this. Something like celiac disease, maybe (although odds are you don't have that, it's worth thinking about). Good luck!

If you really want to gain weight do it the healthy way. Try eating more fruits and veggies, and increasing your protein. Also, try drinking Ensure between meals as snacks. This will add calories and protein. Also, try some weight bearing exercise so that you are adding lean muscle mass instead of just fat.
Don't eat all that fatty food. Save your heart! Of course, see your doctor as well.
