i worked out my calves doing non weight excercises and i feel a huge burn, how can i get rid of this without losing the effects of the excercise, i dont think there's a way but im not sure

Of course while exercising- drink plently of water. Directly after exercising if you feel pain- try icing your calves. You can also line up a massage with a local massage therapist and they can do what's called a myofasical release with your calves to help them loosen back up and help your muscles to relax.

for now, ibprophen. but, after you work out eat stuff that has a lot of protine. that helps with the healing/development of muscel.

You may be dehydrated. Drink water.
