You need to see a dermatologist right away. Do not hesitate. I thought I had a boil on my face. My doctor didn't know what it was so I went to a dermatologist and it was skin cancer. Don't waste any time.

I hate to say it, but it almost sounds like either syphilis or a deadly form of skin cancer- syphilis is a nasty STD that mimics many other diseases- putting cortisone on it will only help the virus multiply more or, in the case of cancer, may cause your cancer cells to multiply even faster. These diseases can be difficult to diagnose without being tested, even for doctors; although, certain skin cancers should be easy to recognize immediately. I had an interest in Microbiology in the past so that's what I', basing my speculation on. Skin cancer is also another thing to watch! It can spread throughout your body and attack other areas like your bones, resulting in bone cancer, leukaemia, and so on! Get tested and see a Dermatologist.

I would probably go to an infectious disease doctor, if you can find one. Usually they're not that common - but i hear a lot of labs deal with those types of doctors- so try talking with a hospital lab if you can't find one immediately.
You could also try to find a local herbalist and see if they could come up with a plan for you- with creams and ointments as well. And there's things you can take probably as well. Just depends what they set you up with. Have you tried using rubbing alcohol or peroxide on them? I have an aunt that the doct.s told her stress has a lot to do with skin breakouts, etc.
Good luck to you- hope you get better.

I don't like the sound of that. Not to be an alarmist, but have you been tested for cancer?

Good luck.
