your hands are chapped my friend! try using lotion for awhile and see if it clears up
then again it may not be... good luck though!!

If it just started recently, it is the cold weather. Wear gloves outside and get a good moisturizer. When washing dishes, always wear rubber gloves and apply moisturizer 1st. The heat will soften hands. Don't shower too long or otherwise expose hands to lots of water.

It could simply be that your skin is extremely dry: That happens a lot in winter. In which case, a good hand lotion will help. But if it's eczema, your best bet is to see a dermatologist.

Sounds like dry hands my friend, try using Burt's bees hand salve it works wonders. If that doesn't work see a doctor it might be eczema.

you my friend have carritolisis exfoliativa(spelt it wrong) it means abnormal skin peeling...dont touch chlorine and wear gloves for a while, the redness and pain will leave in 2 weeks to a month! i have had that before.
